I think there will be
1. Two SKU's, one will include a Blu-Ray drive, the other won't have any drive at all.
2. HDD will be standard on both SKU's, the CORE (with the Blu-Ray drive) will have a 250GB HDD, the PREMIUM at least 1TB... because everything will be digital delivery.
3. No standard pad, instead some ginmmicky wave your stick Ninteno-ish bastard hybrid...

I always thought Shenmue III, if it ever saw the light of day, would be running on the same engine as the original 2 games.
